“This approach isn’t theoretical. It’s built on lived experience. Before working with clients, I made these decisions myself.
Over a decade ago, I purchased and later sold two properties that significantly outperformed expectations. At the time, those decisions were grounded in understanding my position, thinking long-term, and moving with intention.
Looking back in today’s market, those outcomes have only reinforced what I now guide others through based on the principal – the quality of the decision at the beginning is what determines everything that follows.
But not every decision I made early on held up.
